Finding Your Client ID

If you need to reset or troubleshoot your Client ID, you will need to know your PCC (Pseudo City Code) and Client ID.

To find your Client ID:

Note: This process may vary depending on your version and configuration of Microsoft Windows.

From the Windows Start menu, click the Control Panel.

From the Control Panel, double-click Galileo TCPI/IP.

Your Client ID is displayed in the Host/Galileo Desktop TCP/IP Configuration window.

If you have more than one connection, such as connections to both Travelport+ (1G) and Apollo (1V), each connection has a separate Client ID.
