Use the Comments tab on the System Control screen to specify comments that GlobalWare should print on accounts receivable statements, invoices, and checks. To access the System Control screen, see Using the System Control Screen.
Field descriptions
The following table describes the fields on the Comments tab.

A/R Statement Comments |
Three lines of comments that print on the accounts receivable statements. |

Invoice Comments |
Three lines of comments that print on individual invoices. You can override these comments to print comments for individual invoices. For more information, see Printing Invoices. |

Check Comments |
Three lines of static comments that print on the stub of any check printed from GlobalWare. |
|
Laser Check Comment |
One static line of text that prints on the face (bottom left) of any check printed from GlobalWare. |
To make changes on this tab, complete the fields as appropriate and click SAVE.
