Rooming List
The Rooming List report shows which passengers in a group have the same rooming code. This report shows hotel or cruise vendors the passengers who are rooming together and what types of rooms they are in (single, double, and so forth), to assist them in making room assignments and passenger lists.
The report includes the following information for each passenger: passenger name, rooming remarks, and hotel in and out dates.
The report leaves empty columns for room number and luggage count that the provider can fill in as desired. The report lists the total number of active passengers and the total number of single rooms, double rooms, and so forth. If you include canceled passengers, the report also includes the total number of passengers who have canceled.
You have the following options:
- Include only those passengers who have chosen a particular option. For example, if the group has options such as single room or deck cabin, you can list only passengers that have chosen that option.
-
Generate the report with a cross-reference. The report with cross-reference lists each passenger in alphabetical order. If the passenger is the first alphabetically in a room or the primary contact, the other passengers in that room are listed underneath the first. If the passenger is not the first, the report includes a "See" reference, which indicates who the first passenger in the room is.
With no cross-reference, the report groups each room's passengers, listing the first passenger in the room first, and then the others in alphabetical order.
- Include the primary contact.
- Retrieve only passengers created since a specific date.
- Include the passenger title.
- Include canceled passengers on the report.
- List the primary contact first.
- Enter one or two remarks for the report heading, which enables you to tailor the report for a particular vendor or tour guide.
- Include passengers with no rooming codes, which enables you to check for missing rooming codes before you send the report to the vendor.
- Create a new page per option and group.
- Include header remarks.
