Printing Overview
When you run a report, the Send to dialog box appears.

Field descriptions
The following table describes the four report destination options available on this dialog box.

Preview |
Preview the report before printing. For details, see Print Preview. |

Printer |
Print the report to the default printer or select a printer from the drop-down list. |

Print to File |
Print the report to file and save the report as a document. For details, see Printing Reports to File. |

Email to File |
E-mail the report. For details, see E-Mailing Reports. |
Click SETUP to open the Print Setup dialog box, which enables you to set up the printer device you select.
After making your selections on the Send to dialog box, click OK (or press Enter). GlobalWare sends the report to the specified destination.
Note: GlobalWare saves any selections you make on the Send to dialog box. Your previous selections remain intact whenever this dialog box appears, even after signing in again to GlobalWare.
