Inventory Summary
The Inventory Summary report shows the status of inventory for each group and the group's options. This report is a summary version of the Option Manifest. The Inventory Summary shows you how many passengers and options you have booked and still can book, based on the maximum number of passengers you set up for the group and for each option.
The report lists passenger inventory, which is the maximum number of passengers allowed in the group, the number of passengers in the group so far, and the number of passenger slots still available. For options, the report lists each option, the maximum number allowed for the option, the number sold, and the number still available.
You have the following options:
- Include one option, all options, or no options (passenger inventory only).
- Generate a continuous report or a separate report for each group.
- Enter one or two remarks for the report header.
