Arrival/Departure Manifest
The Arrival/Departure Manifest report indicates when each passenger in a group is arriving in or departing from a particular city. This report provides tour guides who are sending off or meeting a group with the information they need to send off or meet passengers and arrange transportation to or from the airport.
The manifest includes the following information:

The report lists the total number of passengers arriving or departing at a particular time and the total number of passengers on the report. It includes the following options:

Include all connections or only those that occur on the same day as the arrival or departure.
"Same day" can includes flights that take more than a day. For example, flights to Europe can arrive the next day.
- Include canceled passengers.
- Include airline and city codes (for example, UA and ORD) or names (for example, United Airlines and Chicago, IL). If you choose to print names, GlobalWare creates the report in landscape mode.
- Start each date on a new page.
- Start each group on a new page.
- Enter one or two remarks for the report heading, which enables you to tailor the report for a particular tour guide or vendor.
- Include special remarks and titles for passengers.
Running the Report
To run the report:

On the Groups submenu, click Arrival/Departure Manifest.
The Arrival/Departure Manifest dialog box appears.

Field Description Report Type
Type of manifest to create. Select one of the following options from the drop-down list:

Arrival Manifest – Shows the leg that terminates at the specified city, including the up-line connections, which are any other connecting flights the passenger is taking to arrive at the city.
Create this manifest for someone who is meeting passengers who are arriving. For example, if a hotel provides transportation from the airport to the hotel, create an arrival manifest.

Departure Manifest – Shows the first leg originating in the specified city, including the down-line connections, which are any other connecting flights the passenger is taking after departing from the city.
Create this manifest for someone who is escorting passengers who are departing. For example, if the package provides transportation from a cruise ship to the airport, create a departure manifest.
Group ID
Identifier of the group for which to run the manifest. Leave this field blank to include all groups.
To find and select a group ID, click the lookup () button. The Find Group screen appears. For details, see Using the Lookup Buttons and Screens.
Group Name
Name of the selected group. GlobalWare automatically populates this field when you specify a group ID in the Group ID field.
Print Codes or Names
Indicates whether to print city and alpha airline codes, or city and airline names, on the manifest. Select one of the following options from the drop-down list:
- City/Airline Codes – Prints two-character alpha airline codes and three-character city codes.
- City/Airline Names – Prints names of airlines and cities. GlobalWare prints in landscape mode for this option.
City Codes
City codes for which to run the manifest. You must specify at least one city code. Separate multiple city codes with commas (for example, DFW,PWM,AUS). To select multiple city codes from the drop-down list, click the desired codes while pressing the Ctrl key, and then press Enter.
City Names
Names of the selected city codes. GlobalWare automatically populates this field when you specify one or more city codes in the City Codes field and press Enter or the Tab key.
Connections
Connections to include on the manifest. Select one of the following options from the drop-down list:
- All Connections – Include all connections.
- Same Day Only – Include only connections that occur on the same day as the arrival or departure.
Include Title
Indicates whether to include passenger titles on the manifest (for example, Mr. Ms., or Dr.).
You can add a title for a passenger by using comment line 103 for the passenger record. For details, see Editing Passenger Records.
Include Special Remarks
Indicates whether to include special remarks for passengers on the manifest.
You can add a special remark for a passenger by using comment line 101 for the passenger record. For details, see Editing Passenger Records.
Include Canceled Passengers
Indicates whether to include canceled passengers on the manifest.
New Page per Date
Indicates whether to start each date on a new page.
New Page per Group
Indicates whether to start each group on a new page.
Report Header Message
Message text to include in the header area of the manifest. You can provide one or two messages.

Note: The City Codes field is required.

To print the report immediately, click PRINT.
The Send to dialog box appears. Select a report destination. For more information, see Printing Overview.
To store the report as part of a batch for printing later, click BATCH.
The Choose a Batch dialog box appears. For more information, see Batch Printing.
