Using the Edit Account Screens
You can use the edit account screens to perform the following tasks:
- Manage contacts – See Managing Contacts.
- Indicate travel provider preferences for customer accounts – See Provider Preferences.
Accessing the Edit Account Screens
Access the edit account screens in either of the following ways:
- In the Search Results grid on the Account ID screen, double-click the row for the account ID you want to edit.
- In the Search Results grid on the Account ID screen, click the row for the account ID you want to edit, and then click EDIT.
The edit account screen appears. The name and contents of the edit account screen vary based on account type (Customer, Employee, Provider, or Vendor). The example below shows what the screen looks like for the Customer account type (named Edit Customer).
