Provider Preferences
The Customer Preferences dialog box enables you to indicate which providers the customer prefers to use or is discouraged from using (based on the corporate policies, as opposed to your agency’s policies). This is used for the corporate format of the Preferred Provider Report. To add preferred or discouraged providers, follow these steps:

On the Edit Customer screen, click Travel Preferences. The Customer Preferences dialog box appears

Click ADD. The Preferences dialog box appears
- Enter the provider account ID (for example, 016 for United Airlines).

Click OK. The provider is added to the customer's preferences with status automatically set to Preferred.
- To change the status to Discouraged, double-click the Status field. To change it to Neutral, double-click the Status field again.
Notes:
- You do not need to add neutral providers. The report considers providers as neutral if they are not in this list.
- To delete a customer preference, select the record you want to delete in the Customer Preferences grid, and then click Ctrl+Delete. A message appears, asking you to confirm deleting the record. Click OK.
