Account Activity Report

The Account Activity Report shows all items (invoices, receipts, checks, and adjustments) for an account in the specified date range. The report also includes original, paid, and net due amounts.

Running the Report

To run the report:

  1. On the Accounts submenu, click Account Activity Report.

    The Account Activity Report dialog box appears.

  2. Complete the fields as appropriate.

    Note: The date fields for Date Range are required.

  3. Choose one of the following print options:
    • To print the report immediately, click PRINT.

      The Send to dialog box appears. Select a report destination. For more information, see Printing Overview.

    • To store the report as part of a batch for printing later, click BATCH.

      The Choose a Batch dialog box appears. For more information, see Batch Printing.

Report Notes

Customer Activity Report

The Customer Activity report includes the following information:

Total

The total cost (including discount/markup) for invoice items, and the original amount for non-invoice items.

Check #

The check number for checks and receipts, ADJ for adjustments, and CC PMT for group credit card payments.

Net Due

The total amount, less the amount paid.

Provider Activity Report

The Provider Activity report includes the following information:

Net Remit

The commission * -1 for plastic invoice items, the total less commission for non-plastic invoice items, the and original amount for non-invoice items.

Net Due

The total amount, less the amount paid.
