Universal API Release 26.4.1
Car Matrix Mileage Allowance begins at 0. 1G

Previously, in the VehicleSearchAvailabilityRsp, Universal API returned MileageAllowance only when the value is greater than 0. This enhancement returns mileage charged from the first mile. For example, if the attributes return: MileageAllowance = “0” ExtraMileageCharge = “USD 0.28” The interpretation is that every mile driven is charged at USD 0.28.
