Support multiple forms of payment in ticketing display responses. |

Previously, only one form of payment displayed in the AirRetrieveDocuement response. This enhancement returns which forms of payment, including multiple forms, e.g., credit/cash, were used at the time of ticketing, in the AirRetrieveDocument and AirTicketing responses. This information can be used in post-booking and back-office accounting workflows.
