Users can retrieve any Default or Override Template. An override template can be retrieved whether or not it is currently on or off, and the option to retrieve only the overridden fields in an Overridden Template is available.
Request
You can filter actions and endpoints in the response based on the consuming system. However, the value entered must be an exact match; no wildcard functionality is available.
Set ReturnOverrideFieldsOnly="True" to retrieve only override fields.

Response
The response includes ProfileTemplate/OverrideDefinition which is an Agency-defined override that defines the minimum number of values permitted for this field on profiles using this template.
Errors
If an attempt is made to retrieve only the overridden fields for a default template an error is returned: Overridden fields are not available in Default template.
