General Errors and Warnings
The following are errors and warnings that may be encountered when using Rapid Reprice.

The version of Rapid Reprice is outdated and it needs to be updated. For more information, access the Travelport knowledge base by logging into MyTravelport, then entering the search Why is the system returning automated reissue unable to process - process manually error. If the result is not returned, filter by GDS type Worldspan and click Search again. For more information click here. |
HISTORICAL DATA NOT AVAILABLE-UNABLE TO PROCESS |

UNABLE TO PROCESS ORIGINAL FARE- PROCESS MANUALLY | Rapid Reprice was unable to find the original fare and its Category 31 data to process the reissue. |
PNR SEGS NOT IN PROPER DATE/TIME SEQUENCE | This error occurs when the dates and times of the new segments are not in the right order. |
NO VOLUNTARY CHGS MADE TO PARTIALLY USED TKT- PROCESS MANUALLY | This error occurs when no change has been made to an itinerary that is partially flown. The Rapid Reprice process assumes when no change is made, it is an attempt to downgrade which is not allowed after departure. |
UNABLE TO PROCESS FLIGHT TIMES GIVEN | This error occurs when the dates and times of the new segments are not in the right order. |
ITIN TOO OLD TO REPRICE- PROCESS MANUALLY | There are more than 12 months between the original ticketing date and the new ticket date, or there are more than 12 months between the original ticketing date and the new travel date. |
NO RULE FOR INTL TRIP | This error occurs when no replacement fares can be found for the changed ticket. |
ERR35 NO GP RULE FOR TRIP | This error occurs when no replacement fares can be found for the changed ticket |
ORIG PLATING CARRIER NOT IN NEW ITIN- PROCESS MANUALLY | This error occurs when the plating carrier requires participation in the itinerary |
FARE LOAD IN PROGRESS | This error occurs when a fare load is in progress. Customer should retry entry after a few seconds |
NO FARE OF EQUAL OR HIGHER VALUE FOUND | No replacement fares were found based on the carrier's Category 31 data which require the new fare to be equal or higher |
DATA NOT AVAILABLE- UNABLE TO PROCESS | A problem was found with the fare construction and the fare break points |
SPECIAL INTL FARE MAY REQUIRE SEPARATE TICKET | The PNR requires to be split due to additional segments that were added to the itinerary. |

TAG I processing is a Rapid Reprice default that prices only the to-be-flown segments with current fares. Rapid Reprice was initiated on a ticket that was originally priced at a zero amount with ‘FREE’ in the total fare amount box. MULTIPLE ETRS EXIST FOR PASSENGER NAME |
Rapid Reprice was initiated where multiple ETRs exist for multiple passengers. The Rapid Reprice process is unable to determine which e-ticket number to use because there are multiple passenger names in the PNR and all passenger names have multiple ETRs or some passengers have multiple ETRs. Rapid Reprice cannot process a PNR containing multiple passenger names in a reservation where each passenger has multiple electronic ticket records or some passenger names have multiple ETRs. >4PLFB-AR MULTIPLE ETRS EXIST FOR PASSENGER NAME Action: The PNR must be divided in order to continue with the Rapid Reprice process. MULTIPLE ETRS EXIST- USE TICKET NUMBER OPTION |
Rapid Reprice was initiated where Multiple ETRs exist for a single passenger. The Rapid Reprice process cannot determine which e-ticket number to use because there are multiple ETRs and the PNR is for a single passenger name. Action: Initiate Rapid Reprice using the E-TKT NBR option (e.g., 4P-AR#0159010089110). See HELP REISSUE for more information |
MULTIPLE FARE CONSTRUCTION EXIST |
Rapid Reprice was initiated on a PNR that doesn’t have the same fare construction for all passengers. The Rapid Reprice process is unable to process a PNR priced using different fare/pricing constructions perpassenger. Rapid Reprice cannot process a PNR containing a combination of multiple passenger names and multiple fare/pricing methods for each passenger. >4P-AR MULTIPLE FARE CONSTRUCTION EXIST Action: The PNR must be divided in order to continue with the Rapid Reprice process. Dividing a reservation without making changes to the itinerary can cause a mismatch in the airline reservation system. Please verify the itinerary with the carrier once divide is complete. |

PASSENGER NAMES AND ETRS ARE NOT EQUAL- SEE INFO ERR2 |
Rapid Reprice was initiated on a PNR that has multiple passenger names but not all the passengers have an ETR. Rapid Reprice processing is unable to determine which electronic ticket number to use because there are multiple passenger names in the reservation but not all passenger names have an electronic ticket record. Action: The PNR must be divided in order to continue with the Rapid Reprice process. Dividing a reservation without making changes to the itinerary can cause a mismatch in the airline reservation system. Please verify the itinerary with the carrier once divide is complete. |
PI/S EXIST- USE TR PARAMETER OR REMOVE PI/S |
Rapid Reprice was initiated on a PNR that includes pricing instructions (PIs). UNABLE TO KEEP THE FARE PER CARRIER REQUIREMENTS- PROCESS MANUALLY |
When an itinerary has an FCI code of 1 and a change is made to the outbound flight instead of attempting to keep the fare or attempting the Rapid Reprice process using current fare. UNABLE TO PROCESS - DUPLICATE SEGMENTS |
Duplicate city pair data is found in the itinerary and the Rapid Reprice process cannot process this type of itinerary. Action: Correct the duplicate segments and retry the Rapid Reprice entry. |
UNABLE TO PROCESS- NAME FIELD MISMATCH |
The e-ticket number in the Rapid Reprice entry is for a different name than the name that is in the displayed PNR. Action: Verify that the name associated to the ticket number in the entry matches the name in the PNR. |
VERIFY TICKET NUMBER |
Rapid Reprice was initiated on a PNR and the status of the ETR is not OPEN for USE. -or- If an itinerary is booked and an ETR is not associated and the agent does not use an applicable ETR number in the entry to initiate Rapid Reprice. Action: Use the Ticket Exchange Plus script to make the required changes. This script is accessible from the Fares & Pricing menu in Worldspan. CITY/CITIES NOT IN PRICEABLE ZONE -PROCESS MANUALLY LOCATION NOT AUTHORIZED | When a BSP PCC is not in BSP table and there is an attempt to reissue a BSP ticket then Rapid Reprice will show this error message. |
ERR72 - UNA CONVT TO TKT CURRENCY |
When Travelport Rapid Reprice is used with original tickets with base amounts established in EUR and the reissue is being done after the currency change with new fares requiring base in USD, all with the same country of commencement of Turkey, Travelport Rapid Reprice will return this error. ITIN TOO OLD TO REPRICE - PROCESS MANUALLY |
Rapid Reprice automatically inhibits reissue processing on itineraries when the new travel date is later than one year from the issue date of the original ticket. Example: if original ticket was issued on 19AUG2015, then it can only be used in the exchange process if the new travel date is no later than 18AUG 2016. |
UNABLE TO PROCESS - NON-AIR SEGMENT SELECTED | Rapid Reprice transactions are blocked and this error response is returned when you use the Segment Select feature on a Rapid Reprice transaction and any of the segments selected include a Non-Air segment such as a Car, Hotel or ARNK segment. You need to select the correct air segments for the transaction. |
CARRIER NOT A RAPID REPRICE PARTICIPANT | The carrier used does not participate in the Rapid Reprice program. |
ORIGINAL TICKET HAS NO RESIDUAL VALUE FOR THIS SPECIFIC ITINERARY. ISSUE A NEW TICKET USING CURRENT FARES. | The ticket has no residual value. It is most likely cheaper to purchase a new fare. |
