Uninstall Universal Desktop
If the option to update your Universal Desktop application fails or fails to display, or if there are errors when installing Universal Desktop, contact your system administrator. You may be advised to uninstall the existing version and install a new version from the Travelport Admin Portal. If you do not have Universal Desktop installed on your machine, refer to Install Universal Desktop.
To uninstall the Universal Desktop application:

Navigate to your Windows Control Panel and select the option to Add / Remove Programs.

Select Universal Desktop from the Add or Remove Programs menu.

Click Change/Remove.

Select Remove the Application from this computer.

Click OK. The Universal Desktop application will be uninstalled from your computer.
