Accounting Remarks for Galileo

Multiple accounting remarks are allowed; therefore, file finishing will always add a new remark. The administrator is expected to format the string content per the requirements of the selected host.

For accounting remarks, the first 2-3 characters identifies the type of accounting remark being added, followed by a hyphen (-), followed by text.

The following character codes are accepted:

• DYO - Design your own (exactly 2 numeric)

• CR - Canned remark numbers (numeric values separated by ".", 43 characters max. Example: 1.33.65.2.14.64)

• AC - Customer number (max 34 alpha numeric)

• FT - Accounting free text (max 34 alpha numeric)

• FS - Fare saver (no decimal allowed)

• TK - Ticket number field (validated, 10 digits or 10 digits, followed by hyphen, followed by 3 more digits)

Example of an accounting remark:

FT-1%My Account - File Title%
