Change Context

Some Travelport Admin Portal users (such as support personnel) may need to change the context in which they are working before modifying the Travelport Admin Portal settings. The context in which you are working displays at the bottom of the Travelport Admin Portal page.

Note: When a Universal Desktop user launches the Admin Portal from within Universal Desktop, the user is put into the context of the user's default branch, if one exists. If no default branch exists, the user is put in context of their physical hierarchy. If the user emulated into another context prior to launching the Admin Portal from within Universal Desktop, the Admin Portal retains the current emulated branch.

To change the context in which you are working,

  1. Click the Change context link at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Browse or search for a profile.

  3. Once you have found the branch into which you want to emulate, click the branch name to change your context.
