Travelport provides support for Travelport Booking Feed data delivery to the client’s queue to ensure that data flows to the Client Adapter. This support includes:

  • Installing the Client Adapter.
  • Addressing any issues that occur:
  • Before data reaches the Client Adapter.
  • Between the Client Adapter and the customer’s database.

Travelport does not support any issues related to the use of Travelport Booking Feed data after it has successfully reached the Client Adapter, unless these issues are caused by an error in the Travelport Booking Feed product or data. Support for any customized implementations, such as SQL scripting, are the responsibility of the customer. As such, Travelport does not support the use of this data within the client environment, including its use with third-party applications, servers, databases, or back-office systems.

Knowledge of the travel domain is strongly recommended when working with Travelport Booking Feed data, and should be considered when planning a Travelport Booking Feed implementation.
