Creating an Account for the Travelport Booking Feed Service

If the Travelport Booking Feed adapter is run as a Windows service, it may be necessary to define an account with access to the SQL server and Travelport Booking Feed database.

To create an account for the Travelport Booking Feed Service:

1. From the Windows Task Manager, select the Services tab.
2. In the Windows Services tab, stop the TBF Adapter service.
3. Right‐click TBF Adapter and select Properties to display the Travelport Booking Feed Adapter Properties dialog box.



4. Select the Log On tab.



5. Select This account.
6. Enter a valid Domain or System account with credentials to permit access to the SQL server and Travelport Booking Feed database that were configured in the Travelport Booking Feed adapter setup.
7. Click OK and restart the Travelport Booking Feed Service.
