Release 4.31: March 26, 2026

  • In SPC, NDC Air segments can be added to booking files that contain only hotel/car reservations, or both.

  • Exchange Price Quote enhancements including enhanced ticket designator and price modifier capabilities, a simplified payment experience for netting scenarios showing only final refund/charge totals, and standardized error handling across the entire exchange flow.

  • Display the remaining booking time countdown in the Extras catalog, synchronized with the timer on Review and Confirm.

Release 4.30: February 26, 2026

Flight disruption status change: February 5, 2026

As of February 5, 2026, all new or modified confirmed NDC bookings will have an HK segment status. Prior to February 5, agencies could opt in to receive NDC bookings as HK status, rather than the default ZK status.

Important: Agencies using automation to service bookings should review their workflows to ensure compatibility with the new process.

Avianca (AV) suspending NDC content access: February 1, 2026

From February 1, customer access to Avianca NDC content is discontinued. All Avianca content will be centralized in EDIFACT.

Release 4.29: January 29, 2026

  • As the most common search scenario is round trip, the Search panel now populates the segment one origin as the segment two destination.

  • Early adopter release of Exchange Price Quote which enables the processing of GDS automated exchanges when an itinerary is already modified.

  • User can display an NDC booking in the graphical booking file while working a queue, and exit queue to complete actions such as ticketing and adding ancillaries.
