Support

MyTravelport provides access to knowledge articles, elearning modules, and support.

1. Log into https://my.travelport.com.

2. From the Help and resources menu, select Travelport support.

3. Search for help by entering a search term at the top of the page.

4. If you cannot find an answer, raise a case by scrolling to the bottom of the Home page. Select the Open request link in the green section labeled Do you still need help?.

5. Choose Travelport Support Request.

6. In the Product field, search for or enter Smartpoint Cloud from the list of products.

7. Complete the support request form and select Submit.
