MyTravelport provides access to knowledge articles, elearning modules, and support.

Note: If you are a customer of one of Travelport’s local Official Partners, please continue to raise the issue to your local Travelport help desk per normal contact methods.

  1. Log into https://my.travelport.com.

  2. From the Help and resources menu, select Travelport support.

  3. Search for help by entering a search term at the top of the page. For information about a specific NDC airline's supported features, type NDC followed by the airline name or airline code in the search (e.g., NDC Singapore Airlines or NDC SQ).

  4. If you cannot find an answer, scroll to the bottom of the Home page to the Raise a Case section then select Open request.

  5. Choose the type of request that fits your issue. For example, if you are having issues with NDC, select NDC Support Request.

  6. Complete the support request form and select Submit.
