Restrict terminal access

Agencies can restrict terminal access and require agents to use the graphical view only by modifying the STD settings.

1. Terminal restriction in Smartpoint Cloud is activated using the SRTRM setting in the STD/XXXXXX/*4 security profile for the agent.

2. Change SRTRM setting to Y to limit terminal entry points for the agent.

   

Once the SRTRM setting is activated for the agent, the following entry points to the terminal are hidden:

• Go to terminal windows button on bottom right of home page

• Terminal Forms

• Recall widget

• Custom Commands in Custom shortcuts

• View Queue Count in terminal windows link in My queues.
