Hotel Aggregator Content
In additional to traditional GDS content Travelport provides access to Hotel Aggregator content for Travelport+ Smartpoint Cloud customers accessing the graphical hotel search user interface, increasing properties with aggregator content to 1.2 million. Content sources include Booking.com.
Limitations:

Aggregators provide access to prepayment and post payment rates. Aggregators do not support corporate negotiated rates or rate categories.

Aggregator content is only available for agencies provisioned for aggregator content in Smartpoint Cloud.

Aggregator content can only be booked and canceled graphically and cannot be searched, booked or canceled in the terminal (interactive or native mode).

Payment/ guarantee via credit card only.

Images and descriptions not currently available, but will be added in a subsequent release.

What does a prepaid rate/ deposit rate with a cancellation possibility mean? |
A rate that is prepayment but has a cancellation possibility means that the rates can be cancelled, and the credit card will be refunded. Non-cancellable full prepayment rates cannot be refunded. |

Aggregator bookings require credit card details for payment/ guarantee. No IATA or Conferma payments are currently supported. |

Why do I have to provide an email address? |
Aggregator bookings require an email address. This email address is used to send a booking confirmation email directly from the aggregators. You can use traveler email or agency email address in this field. |
Why do I see additional fields? |
Aggregators provide additional information on the rate and/or hotel that is being booked. Other mandatory fields are required when booking an aggregator rate, such as credit card billing address. |

Why am I seeing terms and conditions? |
Aggregator rates have different terms and conditions which are accessible via the link provided. These terms and conditions vary from Travelport bookings. |

Why am I seeing booking file record locator, booking number and PIN code for Booking.com? |
Booking.com sends both the reservation number and PIN code. Booking file record locator is created by Travelport to access the booking file. |

Why does my hotel segment look different? |
When booking aggregator content, the hotel segment displays similar to a offline segment. This segment will hold the booking data of the aggregator hotel booking. |
