Interactive Booking File
Smartpoint Cloud will continue to add new functionality to the interactive booking file in each release. Currently, the booking file terminal view has interactive features and can be updated using cryptic entries. Some booking file data can be modified in graphical view.

Terminal view
You can retrieve a booking file by searching by the traveler's last name. Entry: *-NAME
Booking file information is grouped into sections:

Traveler information

Fares, ticketing, and payments

Remarks, OSI, and SSR
Each heading shows expandable relevant data that has been added to the booking file. Select a section name to display all data in that section or select an individual item to display information for that field. In the example below, the *EM field is highlighted, indicating that the email field is expanded.
For blue text, hover over it to display tool tip information and press to show expanded information. In the example below, the flight number is highlighted, which displays flight information.
