Document history display

Using the document history you can view the complete history of tickets, including issue, void, exchange and refund, even after the ticket is purged from the airline database. It also displays details of any MCO and Service free transactions.

To display document history, enter: *DH

The display shows a list of the documents issued for each passenger, including ticket number, date and time of issue (in GMT) and status. The statuses are, Issue (I), Void (V), Exchange (E) and Refund (R).

To get detailed information for any of the items you can display from the list *DH/n (where n is the line number) or use the ticket number *DH/nnnnnnnnnnnnn.

Here, you can see all the detailed information, and that this ticket has been exchanged.
