Terminal Window Area

The Terminal Window, also referred to as the Smart Screen, consists of six Work Areas (A, B, C, D, E, and F) with 10 Reservation Windows.

In the top right corner of the screen three or four icons display: Quick Key Shortcut, MyTravelport, and Ancillary Services, and Run Related Script.

If you hover over a Work Area tab, the SID and partial PNR information displays to help you identify that Work Area at a glance.

Icon Description

Quick Key Shortcut Help.  Clicking on this icon launches a Help page for the Quick Keys.

Help Menu. Click the Help Menu options to link to:

  • MyTravelport: Provides access to MyTravelport, which provides self-service support. You can also use My Travelport to search on the Travelport Knowledge Base (formerly known as ASK Travelport). Agent access to MyTravelport is managed by your travel agency.
  • Help: This help system.
  • Inside Travelport Smartpoint: Links to updates and notices at https://eportal.travelport.com.
  • eNett VAN: Instructional guide for integrating eNett VANs.
  • Training Demonstrations: Training videos and tutorials for Travelport Smartpoint.

Shop Ancillary Services. Clicking on the icon launches the Ancillary Services script. A PNR with air segments is required before accessing the script.

Run Related Script. When working in the Smart Screen, this icon displays only when there is a script related to your last entry. Clicking the icon launches the corresponding script in the Smart Panel.
