Exporting Buttons

The ability to export Smart Buttons lets you share your customized button to a larger audience. You can export either to a file, or send it via Microsoft Outlook.

Tip! You can also share Smart Buttons within your agency by configuring Office Buttons.
To export a Smart Button:

  1. Right-click on the Smart Button to export.

  2. Select either Export to File or Export to Outlook

Export to File

  1. Navigate to the location where you want to save the file.

  2. Click Save.

Export via Outlook

  1. Click OK in the warning message that Outlook must run to perform this task.

  2. Review the Outlook message that opens and populates with something similar to the following content:

  3. Review and update the message content, if needed.

  4. Click Send.
