Installation Updates

There are no changes to the process for the Smartpoint 11.4 Hotfix installation. Installation instructions and guides from the initial Smartpoint 11.4 release also apply to this hotfix release.

Feature and Functionality Updates

A known issue in Smartpoint 11.4 prevented agents who were using the Smartpoint GDS Translator from switching work areas. When attempted, the cursor blinked fast and agents were required to exit the system. This hotfix corrects this issue, and a workaround is no longer required.

No new functionality was added for this release.
