Queues

Smartpoint provides a queue system to manage, sort, and store PNRs/Booking Files. Each pseudo city code (PCC) has a set of numbered queues. Some of these queues are reserved for predetermined functions, while other queues can be customized by your agency for internal use.

In Smartpoint, you can:

Manage work for PNRs/Booking Files by performing various queue counts and viewing queues and records.
Open queues and mange the PNR/Booking Files within the open queue.
