Managing Queues

• Set queue count options including:
• Setting a maximum of ten queues and categories to be managed.
• Setting a maximum of five queues and categories to display in QuickView, which displays at the side of the Terminal Window.
• Displaying queue change notifications.
• Enabling queue count polling.
• Setting the time period to poll for queue counts.
• Poll queues.
• View queue counts for all queues and for categories within a queue.
• View more queues in addition queues displayed in Quick View.
• View PNRs/Booking Files in a queue or queue category.

Tip!

In Classic Windows, Queue icons are displayed in the lower right corner of the Terminal Window.

In Flex Windows, Queue icons are displayed in the lower left corner of the Flex Windows layout.
