Shopping for Ancillary Services with Modifiers

If shop for ancillary services with a modifier, the results vary depending on your version of Smartpoint.

All Versions of Smartpoint with a Basic Entry

If you enter DAS* or click the Shopping Cart icon the, the general Ancillary Services screen is displayed.

Smartpoint 9.1 and Earlier with Modifiers

In Smartpoint 9.1 and earlier, if you enter a modifer, such as DAS**M for merchandising services or DAS**F for flight-related services, the general Ancillary Services screen is displayed with all ancillary options, regardless of the modifiers that you entered.

Smartpoint 10.0 and Later

As of Smartpoint 10.0, if you enter a DAS* with a modifier, Smartpoint recognizes the modifier and displays only the requested ancillaries on the terminal screen.

For example, if you enter DAS**F, the terminal screen displays only flight-related ancillary services.
