Accessing Smartpoint Cloud

Agents that use Travelport+ (1G), and are provisioned for both Smartpoint Desktop and Smartpoint Cloud, can access Smartpoint Cloud while signed on to a session in Smartpoint Desktop.

Note that Smartpoint Desktop and Smartpoint Cloud also share certain features in the same pop-up windows, which are labeled Smartpoint Cloud even when they are accessed from Smartpoint Desktop. These features include:

Note: Because Smartpoint Cloud requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), agents must log in to Smartpoint Cloud with their MyTravelport account if they are using:

Smartpoint 11.7 and earlier with Travelport+.
Any version of Smartpoint Desktop with Travelport Apollo.

Agents using Smartpoint 12.0 and later for Travelport+ do not need repeat the MyTravelport login to access Smartpoint Cloud.
