The Smartpoint 12.0 release is currently available for download via Travelport Marketplace on a country by country basis. If Smartpoint 12.0 is not visible on Travelport Marketplace, please contact your local Travelport office.

Depending on your country and PCC, you may see messages for a 30-day countdown to create a MyTravelport account, if you do not already have an account.
There is currently a known issue in which the countdown may go faster than 30 days. We are in the process of correcting this issue. However, we strongly recommend that you create your MyTravelport account as soon as possible to be prepared for this requirement.

Installation Updates
A new screen is added to the installation, which requires you to approve the requirement for a MyTravelport account for multi-factor authentication (MFA) sign on.
