Troubleshooting the Worldspan Interface
You can perform the following procedures to troubleshoot the Worldspan interface:
- Reprint the last interface log – The interface log provides error messages if any were issued. If for any reason you are not able to examine the last system-generated interface log, you can perform this procedure to reprint it.
- Retransmit TAIRs – You can retransmit an individual TAIR or a range of TAIR messages.
Reprinting the Last Interface Log
You should always review the interface log to check for error messages and verify any additions to the Account ID (AccountId) table. You might need to reprint the interface log for a variety of reasons (for example, if the printer jams while printing the log). For details, see GlobalWare's Reprint Last Interface help topic.
