Retransmitting TAIRs
You might occasionally need to retransmit TAIRs if data transmission problems occur. You can retransmit an individual TAIR or a range of TAIR messages.
TAIR data is stored for a consecutive ten-day period. You can only retransmit TAIRs before they are purged from the system.
To retransmit TAIRs in the front office, see the MyTravelport knowledge article Troubleshooting Procedures for the MIR device (article KB0011334).
Note: If agents begin ticketing while you are transmitting, GlobalWare also transmits the new TAIRs. They will be transferred correctly. However, to keep the transactions separate, you might want to ask agents to not ticket while you retransmit TAIRs.
