Reason Codes Screen
To create reason codes, you first create and name a reason code group, then follow links to add individual air, car, and hotel reason codes to that group as needed. You must then attach a reason code to a policy group (on either the Add Policy Group or Edit Policy Group screen) before you can apply it to a traveler. You can delete a reason code only if it is not attached to a policy group.
Note: A reason code is inactive until it is attached to a policy group. You apply a reason code to travelers on either the Add Policy Group or Edit Policy Group screen.
Click the Reason Codes menu option to access the Reason Codes screen.
To create a new reason code group, click the add reason code link at the top of the list of reason codes. The Add Reason Code screen appears.
