Manage Policy Administrators
To search for and manage policy administrators, click the Manage Policy Administrators option on the Manage Agencies Tab. On the Search Policy Administrators screen, select the Search Criteria (last name, first name, policy admin ID, or admin role type), then enter at least two characters in the Search text field and click Search.
Note: You can use the asterisk * as a wild card for the search. You must enter at least two characters for the search. To show all search criteria matches, enter two asterisks **.
The Policy Administrator Search Results screen appears. Each result displays the Last Name, First Name, Policy Admin ID, Admin Role Type, and Actions (Edit and Delete buttons).
Note: Account policy administrators can see and manage only other account policy administrators; they cannot view agency policy administrators or agency group administrators. Agency policy administrators can see and manage only account policy administrators and other agency policy administrators.
