Excluded Chains
In some cases there may be hotel chains that the company wants to prevent their travelers from booking. You can add these to the Excluded Chains list so that they do not appear in the search results.
To add an excluded chain to a policy, click the add excluded chain link at the top right of the Excluded Chains section of the Chain Criteria screen. The Add Excluded Chain screen appears.
To edit an excluded chain on a policy, click the Edit button next to an existing excluded chain on the Chain Criteria screen. The Edit Excluded Chain screen appears and is nearly identical to the Add screen.
The following table lists guidelines for completing the Add Excluded Chain screen.

Location where chain is excluded

Select radio button for a location where the chain is display-only. If the chain is excluded in more than one location but not worldwide, create a separate preference for each location.
