User: General User

A General User (formerly Associate) is the default user type for all new agency, developer, and Travelport users.

A General User can:

• browse Marketplace e-commerce store

• recommend solutions

• download products previously downloaded by one of the Agency Admins for the same agency.

A General User cannot order, purchase, or download any products without the permission of their Agency Admin.

To view a list of Agency Admins:

1. Select the link to view your agency's admins located on a product page.

   

2. A list of Agency Admins displays with their email details. Contact an Agency Admin to download the product making it accessible by General Users.

   

My Solutions

Under My Account on the My Solutions tab, an General User can see which solutions have been purchased by their Admin(s) and are available for direct download. For solutions made available via the Travelport Smartpoint – Travelport Marketplace integration or the developer himself, the General User is presented with contextual information on what he/she needs to do for getting the solution.

If direct download is available for the product, select the Download Now button for that product
