Access

Travelport Marketplace is a public facing website at www.travelportmarketplace.com. However, in order to access the administration tools, customers need to sign in with their MyTravelport credentials.

Note: Marketplace supports the most recent two stable releases of Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Downloads may not work on other browsers.

If you don't have a MyTravelport account:

1. Go to my.travelport.com and click on the Create account link.

   

2. Complete the MyTravelport registration form and click Register.

   

   Note: You must use the same email address for your MyTravelport account as your existing Marketplace account, otherwise any existing Marketplace permissions and settings will need to be reset.

Log In

To log into Travelport Marketplace via MyTravelport:

1. Go to my.travelport.com and sign in with your MyTravelport credentials.

2. Select Products in the menu bar and select Marketplace.

Note: To activate the Marketplace account through MyTravelport, use the sign in steps above. After the initial activation, users can sign directly into Marketplace as described below.

To log directly into Travelport Marketplace:

1. Go to www.travelportmarketplace.com.

2. Select the Login link on the top right of the home page.

3. Enter your MyTravelport username and password, and select Log in.

   

   If you forgot your MyTravelport Account credentials, select the Forgot password? MyTravelport link.

   Note: Travelport employees must sign in using their Travelport network email and password. Select Forgot password? Corporate to reset.

Display available roles

Once a user is successfully logged in, user details are visible in top right corner. Select the down arrow next to the circle with user initials or profile photo to display the user's default role and available roles.

Notice of cookie and privacy policies

In compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a notice displays at the bottom of the home page with links to cookie and privacy policies. Select OK to close this notice.

Log Out

To sign out of Travelport Marketplace, select your username on the top right of the page, and select LogOut.
