Smartpoint Cloud currently supports several types of exchange options.

Exchange Type	Details
Enhanced exchanges	Provides automated exchanges for eligible tickets in BSP and ARC (US) markets.
Manual exchange fill-in format	Travelport+ has a fill-in format to help you with the procedure to issue a new ticket in exchange for an old one.
