Exchange Tickets

Smartpoint Cloud currently supports several types of exchange options.

Exchange Type	Details
Enhanced Exchanges	Formerly Automated Exchanges for Smartpoint Cloud. Provides automated exchanges for eligible tickets in BSP and ARC (US) markets.
Manual Exchange Screens	Provides graphical screens to assist with manual exchanges. Please Note: For this Early Adopter release, Manual Exchange screens are available only in ARC markets for tickets with a single passenger, single stored fare, and other limitations in eligibility. Additional functionality will be added in future releases.
Manual Exchange Formats	For exchanges that are not eligible for Enhanced Exchanges or Manual Exchange screens,
