HELP FQBB or H/ FQBB
The FQBB format prices an itinerary for your customer at the best buy fare available for the itinerary booked.
To price the best buy for this itinerary, enter FQBB.

View all Brand options from the VIEW link
Selecting the green VIEW link in the FQBB response (valid also when doing FQ) displays a graphical screen with the following details:

a tab for each of the leg of the booking file

information about that specific leg
-
a list of available brands with all the information and specific details.

the possibility of selecting a different brand from the already selected/booked one is available
-
a “Rebook” button, to proceed with the new selection of the corresponding fare/brand update

a “Cancel” button, to keep the already booked brand/fare
If you select a new offer, that new brand will be now identified with the “Selected“ indicator text and the total amount will be changed. Note: It should be done for each leg of the itinerary.
To change the reservation to the selected option, press the Rebook button.
Flights booked are automatically cancelled and re-sold at the selected fare.
The new fare will be filed. The previous stored fare for the alternate booking class changes to I or invalid.
Alternatively, to obtain the same result from the FQBB response, select the FQBBK command in green.
Points to note:

The FQBBK prompt only appears if names are already entered into the booking file.

Use the FQBBK entry after FQBB to update the classes and file the fare.

Redisplay the booking file after the FQBBK entry to allow the system to re-number the itinerary.

The system automatically rebooks the itinerary in the lower class.

If the itinerary is booked in different classes, FQBB will return the lowest fare in economy class.
In the following booking, the passenger requires the lowest fare in BUSINESS class (C) on the outbound flight and in ECONOMY (Y) class on the inbound flight.
Enter FQBB++-AB
The system has offered Z class on the outbound flight, which is the lowest fare in business class, and V class on the inbound flight, which is the lowest available fare in the economy class cabin.
