Ticketing field

HELP T. or H/T.

Although there are other ticketing formats, you will generally choose one of the following:

  • TAU – Ticket review causes the booking file to drop into queue number 10 at a future date/time.

  • T – Minimum ticketing field indicates the booking will be ticketed immediately.

The ticketing field is a single-item field. You can enter only one in a booking file.

The ticketing field can be viewed in the *T area of the booking file and an attempt to end a booking without this field returns: NEED TICKETING INFORMATION.

The following are the formats to add the ticketing fields:

T.T*

Minimum ticketing field.

A time stamp including agent information will be added when the ticket is issued, for example For example: T*BRU 18NOV0858Z WP AG.

T.TAU/17NOV

Ticket review. Booking will be sent to ticketing queue 10 for automatic ticketing on 17 November.

T.TAU/10FEB*FREE TEXT

Ticket review with optional free text.

Minimum ticket field

Enter the minimum ticket field if ticketing is going to take place immediately: T.T*

Ticket review

When you select a date, the booking file automatically drops on ticketing queue 10 on that date.

Additional options are available, such as adding remarks or sending the booking file to another PCC to be ticketed. See the online formats guide for more options.

Change/delete the ticketing field

You may change the ticketing field. Press *TD in the booking file to view the ticketing arrangement.
