Required Booking File fields
HELP PNR or H/PNR
Every time you book an itinerary in Smartpoint Cloud you build a booking file for your customer. Smartpoint Cloud stores travel information in two types of booking file fields: required and optional.
Your booking file cannot be saved unless it includes all of the required fields. In addition to the itinerary, there are four other required fields:

Name
-
Phone
-
Ticketing
-
Received
Note: An easy way to remember booking file required fields is to think of the word PRINT: Phone, Received, Itinerary, Name, and Ticketing.
The fields are added as cryptic commands in the terminal view or may be added via the graphical view when shopping for flights as demonstrated in the Flight Search module.
To display an updated copy of the booking after entering any of the following fields, enter: *R
