Access booking files in queue

HELP QUEUE or H/QUEUE

To access and work on the bookings stored in a queue, category, or date range, you need to sign into one of them. In Smartpoint Cloud, you can enter QCA to display the queue list with booking files and access PNRs interactively.

  1. Select the queue number to display the first booking file in the selected queue.

  2. Select the number of bookings in a queue to display the list of PNRs, for subsequent selection of the record locator. Travelport+ will run QLD entry.
