Emailing Custom Itineraries
You can email a custom itinerary to one or more recipients.
To email a custom itinerary:
- From the Custom Itinerary page, click the Email icon to display the Custom Itinerary Email pane.
- In Your E-mail, type your email address, which displays for the recipient.
- Optional. Select Send a BCC to myself if you want to send a blind copy of the email to your email address.
- In Message or Comment, type the email message to the recipient.
- In To, type the recipient's email address. If the PNR Email Location in the Step 15 of the Custom Itinerary Settings contains a Worldspan format to display the email address, the recipient’s address is pre-populated.
To send or copy an email to more than one recipient, separate each email address with a comma (,) or a semi-colon (;). For example:
- joan.traveller@travelerdomain.com, fred.traveller@travelerdomain.com, tessiejones@genericisp.org
- joan.traveller@travelerdomain.com; fred.traveller@travelerdomain.com; tessiejones@genericisp.org
- In CC, type the email addresses of any additional recipients to be copied on this email.
- In BCC, type the email addresses of any additional recipients to be blind copied on this email.
- By default, the Subject line identifies the primary traveler and the first date of the itinerary. If desired, you can delete this subject line and type a new subject line.
- After you complete all of your customizations, you can click either:
- Continue to send the email. Depending on your email software, the custom itinerary will be either embedded in the email or attached as a file.
- Save to store a copy of the email.
- Back to redisplay the Custom Itinerary pane without saving your email.
