Setting Connections

Each Application Window can use a different Client ID or connect to either Apollo (1V) or Travelport+ (1G) . You must have more than one Client ID to change connections.

To set connections for an application window:
  1. From the Application menu, select Application Settings.

  • Flex Windows. Click the Settings icon to select Application Settings.

The Application Settings dialog box is displayed.

  1. In the Application Window Management section, click the Selected connection arrow to select the host connection. This example shows multiple connections, but your Smartpoint setup may have only one connection.

  1. Make the appropriate selection and click SAVE to store your selection.
