Setting PNR/Booking File Fields
You can customize the fields in a PNR/Booking to change the default fields that display automatically for a PNR/Booking File, a well as the location of the Quick Access buttons.
Changing the Default PNR/Booking File Fields
To change the default fields:
- Open the PNR Settings dialog box.
- Classic Windows. Click the Tools icon in the PNR View Action Bar.
- Flex Windows. In the PNR Viewer window, click the More Options icon, then select PNR Settings.
- Clear the Single View Mode check box.
- Clear any PNR/Booking File fields that you do not want to display automatically in the PNR/Booking File.
ExampleBy default, all of the listed fields display in PNR/Booking File. This Travelport+ (1G) example includes the Phone and Fare Quote (ATFQ) fields.
Phone Fields and Filed Fares are cleared.
The PNR/Booking File is displayed by default without these cleared fields.
For example, if you clear the Phone and Filed Fares (ATFQ) fields, these fields are removed from the default PNR/Booking File display.
Changing the Location of the Quick Access Buttons
Except for passenger names and itinerary, you can display PNR/Booking File fields using PNR Quick Access buttons. You can click one or more Quick Access buttons to display only the desired PNR/Booking File information.
By default, the Quick Access buttons display below the PNR/Booking File data. However, you can change the button location to display above the PNR/Booking File data.
To change the default fields:
- Open the PNR Settings dialog box.
- Classic Windows. Click the Tools icon in the PNR View Action Bar.
- Flex Windows. In the PNR Viewer window, click the More Options icon, then select PNR Settings.
- Clear the Single View Mode check box.
- Select Show Buttons at Top.
