Signing On with Terminal Formats

By default, Smartpoint displays the Sign On dialog box. However, you can disable the Sign On dialog box to sign on using terminal formats.

To sign on to Apollo (1V) or Travelport+ (1G) :

When you launch Smartpoint, the SIGN IN prompt is displayed in the Terminal Window.

  1. Enter SON/MyID.
    MyID is your assigned Travelport+ (1G) or Apollo (1V) sign-on identifier. If you do not know your sign-on ID, contact your agency's Smartpoint Administrator.
  2. Press enter to display the PASSWORD? prompt.

  1. Enter your password. Your password is hidden with asterisks (*) as you type.

If you need to emulate a PCC for this sign on, the emulation prompt is also displayed.

  1. If applicable, enter SEM/PCC/AG, where PCC is the emulated Pseudo City Code and AG is your Agent duty code.
