NDC Airline Schedule Change Validation
Productivity Automator can validate the following schedule change scenarios, subject to airline support and capabilities:
-
Time change
-
Origin and/or destination change
-
Reroute change
-
Flight number change
-
Class change
-
Partial cancellation
-
Full cancellation
NDC Auto-Ticketing
Productivity Automator supports automated ticket issuance for NDC bookings. Supported forms of payment (FOP) include Cash and Credit Card. Users can also override the FOP to Cash when required.
Credit cards stored during the Book and Hold process are supported. However, CVV data is neither captured nor stored during Book and Hold. As a result, auto-ticketing with a credit card is available only for airlines that do not require CVV entry at the time of ticket issuance. For airlines that require CVV validation during ticketing, credit card auto-ticketing is not supported.

Notes for Ticket Association Trigger
As of May 2026, Productivity Automator no longer requires a trigger to perform ticket association checks:
-
Ticket ownership resides with the airline, and it is therefore the airline’s responsibility to process and apply any ticket updates resulting from schedule changes.
-
Once schedule change acceptance has been completed, the airline updates the ticket accordingly.
-
While these updates may not always be communicated back to Travelport, responsibility for completing the ticket modifications remains with the airline.
