For Galileo, you can use the underscore (_) only in the popup box in Smartpoint 9.0 and later. When you are entering your email in the terminal (STD/), you must use dash dash (--), which will be converted to an underscore. Galileo does not support underscores, but Smartpoint converts the underscore entered in the popup box to be processed correctly by Galileo.
